Terms of Service

Welcome to PFPSpace ("PFPSpace," "we," "us," or "our"). PFPSpace is operated by an individual developer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PFPSpace website, profile picture creator, image generation tools, account features, and related services available at www.pfpspace.com (collectively, the "Service").

You may browse the Service without signing in. Creating images requires an account. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our applicable privacy practices. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

There is currently no age restriction for browsing or using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

PFPSpace provides an AI-powered platform for creating profile pictures and other digital images from text prompts, style directions, references, and user-provided images. The Service is a digital, internet-based product and may change over time as we improve, update, or discontinue features.

AI generation depends on third-party technology and infrastructure. The Service may be temporarily unavailable, delayed, or limited because of maintenance, capacity, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that a particular prompt will produce a particular result.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse an account in a way that bypasses usage limits or harms the Service. We may require additional information to protect the Service or investigate suspicious activity.

PFPSpace may offer monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the Pricing page. Each plan currently includes 40 credits per month. One credit is intended to cover one image generation under the applicable plan.

Credits reset each month and unused monthly credits expire at the end of their applicable period. Credits do not roll over. If you cancel a subscription, remaining credits do not expire immediately and remain available until their scheduled expiration date, unless your account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

We may change plan features, credit allocations, or prices in the future. Any material change will be communicated through the Service or the contact information associated with your account.

Paid checkout and subscription billing are not currently enabled. If and when payment processing is introduced, the checkout page will show the applicable price, billing interval, taxes, and payment processor before you confirm a purchase.

By starting a paid subscription, you will authorize PFPSpace or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal.

You may cancel at any time through the account cancellation flow made available by PFPSpace or by contacting support@pfpspace.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not necessarily end access or remove remaining credits immediately.

Refunds are handled according to the rules and procedures of the payment platform used for the transaction, together with any mandatory rights under applicable law. When payment is available, the checkout or payment platform will display the relevant refund terms.

For billing questions or a suspected duplicate charge, contact support@pfpspace.com with the account email and transaction details. If an image generation fails because of a confirmed Service-side error, the credit used for that failed generation will be returned where technically possible.

You retain responsibility for text, images, references, and other materials you submit to the Service ("Inputs"). You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use those Inputs with PFPSpace.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images generated from your Inputs ("Outputs") for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using them and for checking whether an Output may resemble a protected person, character, trademark, artwork, or other third-party material.

You grant PFPSpace a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

PFPSpace does not impose a separate technical quantity limit on uploads, but every upload and use of the Service must be lawful and comply with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

We may review, remove, restrict, or report content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

User uploads and generated results may be stored in cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare R2 or other third-party service providers. Generated results may be retained without a fixed time limit unless you delete them, request deletion where available, or the Service removes them for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models. Third-party providers may process data only as needed to host, secure, deliver, authenticate, or operate the Service. You should not upload information that you are not authorized to store or process. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, design, text, logos, and underlying technology, belongs to PFPSpace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

You may use permitted Outputs commercially under Section 07. You may not represent PFPSpace’s branding, interface, or underlying technology as your own, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to material created for other users. PFPSpace does not guarantee originality, accuracy, suitability, availability, or fitness of any Output for a specific purpose.

Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating an Output before publishing, selling, or otherwise relying on it.

We may suspend, restrict, or delete an account if we reasonably believe that a user has abused the Service, bypassed credit or security limits, uploaded prohibited or unlawful content, infringed third-party rights, engaged in fraud, or materially violated these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account assistance by contacting support@pfpspace.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content rights, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. PFPSpace makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including its availability, reliability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available at any particular time. We do not guarantee that any generated image will meet your brief, be suitable for a particular commercial or personal use, be unique, or avoid resemblance to existing works or people. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using or publishing them.

PFPSpace is not responsible for failures, delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party AI model providers, cloud or storage providers, payment providers, telecommunications networks, internet outages, maintenance, security incidents outside our reasonable control, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or other events of force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PFPSpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to PFPSpace in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@pfpspace.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court or other dispute-resolution forum with appropriate jurisdiction. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the Service, pricing, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where a change is material, provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email where available. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
