PFPSpace provides AI-powered profile picture and image-generation tools through www.pfpspace.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Service.

Information you provide: When you sign in with Google, we may receive your display name, email address, profile image if available, and Google account identifier. We also process prompts, uploaded images, style references, generated results, and messages you send to support.

Information collected automatically: We may collect IP address, browser type, device and operating-system details, time zone, page visits, feature usage, request times, error logs, and security or performance information.

You may browse without signing in. Image generation requires an account. We do not currently collect payment card information because paid checkout has not yet been enabled.

Providing the Service: We use information to authenticate accounts, process prompts and images, generate results, store your creations, maintain generation history, provide downloads, and respond to support requests.

Safety and operations: We use technical and usage information to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce credit limits, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for product analysis and improvement. We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, or generated results to train AI models.

The Service may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain sessions, protect account security, and support core functionality.

We use Google Analytics to understand general usage patterns and improve the Service. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location derived from technical data, and interaction events. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or available privacy controls. For more information, review Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Service:

We may also share information as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.

Uploaded images and generated results may be stored in cloud infrastructure and third-party services, including Cloudflare R2 or other providers used to operate the Service. We do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule for stored images or account data.

You may manually delete images where deletion controls are available. You may also request deletion by emailing support@pfpspace.com. We will take reasonable steps to process a valid request, subject to technical, legal, security, and record-keeping requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS/TLS, access controls, authentication protections, and provider security features. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we confirm a security incident that may affect your rights, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable.

There is currently no automatic deletion mechanism. Account data, prompts, uploaded images, generated results, and relevant logs may be retained while needed to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the Service.

You can request deletion of your account information and stored images by contacting support@pfpspace.com. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also ask us to explain how your information is used or object to certain processing where applicable.

We aim to respond to a valid privacy request within 30 calendar days. We may need to verify your identity and may extend or decline a request where permitted or required by applicable law. You may also control Google Analytics through browser settings or available opt-out tools.

We do not currently send marketing emails, promotional messages, or advertising newsletters. We may still send necessary service communications, such as account, security, billing, policy, or operational notices. These necessary notices cannot be opted out of while you use the related Service.

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including Google, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and image-generation infrastructure. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before using the relevant integration.

The Service does not currently impose a minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly request information beyond what is needed to operate the Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information and you would like it reviewed or deleted, contact support@pfpspace.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, technology, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service or your account email. Your continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
