Content standards and prohibited categories
PFPSpace is an AI image-generation service. You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, store, or distribute content in any of the following categories:
- 01 · Pornographic and NSFW content: Do not generate or upload pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexually explicit depictions of real people. Content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited regardless of how it is presented.
- 02 · Violence and graphic gore: Do not generate or upload graphic violence, extreme gore, dismemberment, torture, or content that meaningfully encourages real-world violence or harm. Limited fictional action or non-graphic fantasy themes may still be restricted when they cross these boundaries.
- 03 · Hate speech and hateful abuse: Do not generate content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious medical condition.
- 04 · Child sexual abuse and unsafe child content: Do not generate, upload, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming content, or any content that exploits or places children at risk. Suspected CSAM may be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
- 05 · Deepfakes and impersonation: Do not create deceptive or harmful deepfakes, impersonate a real person without permission, fabricate evidence, or use a person’s likeness to mislead others about identity, endorsement, conduct, or events. Do not use the Service to facilitate fraud, harassment, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- 06 · Copyright and trademark infringement: Do not upload or generate content that knowingly infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property rights. You must have the necessary rights or permissions for images, logos, characters, people, and other references you submit.

Content review and moderation
PFPSpace may use automated safety screening, provider-level safety systems, rate limits, and technical signals to detect or block requests that may violate this Policy. A request may be refused even if the system cannot determine the user’s intent with certainty.
When content is flagged, reported, or associated with suspected abuse, we may conduct a limited manual review where reasonably necessary to assess compliance, protect users, secure the Service, or comply with law. We limit access to flagged material to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
We may preserve relevant information for safety investigations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. We do not use user prompts, uploads, or generated results to train AI models.

Violations and enforcement
If we reasonably believe that content or account activity violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- refuse, block, or limit an image-generation request;
- remove or restrict access to content stored through the Service;
- issue a warning or require changes to a request;
- limit credits, rate limits, features, or account access;
- suspend or permanently terminate an account;
- preserve or disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and the Service; or
- report suspected child exploitation, credible threats, or other illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities.
Credits used for requests blocked because of a Policy violation may not be refunded. We may consider good-faith mistakes, context, and available evidence when deciding on an enforcement response.

Report prohibited content
If you see content or account activity that may violate this Policy, please report it to support@pfpspace.com. Include the relevant page or account information, a short description of the concern, and any available evidence. Do not email or redistribute illegal material; provide only the information needed to help us locate and review the report.
We review reports as reasonably practicable. We may not disclose the outcome of an investigation where doing so could expose personal information, compromise safety controls, or interfere with a legal process.

Relationship to other policies
This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all use of PFPSpace’s image-generation features. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms, the stricter safety requirement applies to the relevant conduct.
